As we close out 2025 at Soctera, we’re proud of the progress we've made this year towards our mission: delivering the world’s most powerful and thermally efficient RF amplifiers for radar, SATCOM, and telecom systems.

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗹𝗮𝗯 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

Our Trailblazer wafer completed the first successful run of Soctera's commercial production line, marking a major milestone in our lab-to-fab transition.

𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

From Mobile World Congress to IMS, we spent time listening to RF system designers across telecom, defense, and SATCOM. Those conversations are directly shaping our first-generation products. Bonus: we had our first company booth at IMS!

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀

We demonstrated step-function improvements in key metrics customers care about, including record transconductance and >11 W/mm output power at X-band frequencies.

𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗱𝗶𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹

We've totaled $3.6M in non-dilutive funding from NSF, DoD, and CHIPS-related programs supporting this transition from breakthrough research to deployable products.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲:

 • Demonstrate packaged discrete RF transistors at X-band.

 • Begin early customer sampling.

 • Accelerate product-market fit across radar and wireless infrastructure.

We’re incredibly grateful to our advisors and supporters who helped make 2025 a pivotal year. If you’re interested in early access to samples, partnerships, or investing as we scale into product and revenue, we’d love to connect.
